All workshops are 2 hours.  8 students minimum

  • Active Recovery – Comprised of Structural, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, & Meditation yoga
  • Athletic Yoga – Designed for all sports.  Create a balanced body to reduce injury Develop mindful breath and clear and present focus.  Learn to visualize before moving
  • Core – A strong stable core will reduce back pain and build a foundation for life
  • Arm Balances and Inversion – Get upside down. Build Strength and Awareness
